On many of our vacations, we stay at a single resort. Since we are staying at several with varying amenities, we went shopping at a mall for supplies while we were in San Jose. We picked up some snacks for us and some essentials including rum and fruit juice, a box of Sangria. We share the sunflower seeds with birds. Mike got some protein drinks at GNC since breakfast is often heavy in carbs with rice, beans, and plantains.
We wanted to have lunch at the mall, but we might as well have been in any US mail with choices like KFC and smash burger. Hmm, Chris should blog about the drink at Costa Rican restaurant we stopped at on the way to the mountains.
Today we transfer to the coast, and change our clothes to shorts and t-shirts.
