More birds from San Gerardo de Dota

We are just hanging out at the plunge pool today, not much birding.  Okay, one new sparrow— an orange-billed one.

A collared redstart.

A ruddy treerunner 

A black-cheeked warbler.

A streak-breasted treehunter.

A sleeping lesser violetear that let us get really close.

An American dipper

A torrent tyrannulet 

Mr and Mrs scaly flowerpiercer 

Oh, and here’s a mottled owl from our Hotel Bougainvillea
